Amenities at Fox Hollow

Fox Hollow's landscaped walkways and courtyard offer a relaxed home-like environment. We provide a choice of spacious residential style one-bedroom and studio apartments, each with private bath and individual heating and air conditioning control.

In addition, each apartment has its own emergency call system and all the comforts of home. We encourage residents to personalize their apartments with favorite, treasured belongings.  We have many different floor plans. Click here to view our floorplans.

Activities

Fox Hollow residents enjoy a wealth of planned activities and opportunities for socializing as they would in their own home. Family and friends are always welcome.

In-house activities include fitness program, music, bingo, movies, crafts, chapel, beauty/barber shop appointments, scrabble, book readings and much more.  Click here for a sample activity calendar.

Fox Hollow offers scheduled transportation to outings, appointments, shopping, making it easy to get out and about, especially for those who don't drive. Scheduled transportation is provided free of charge with our luxurious shuttle bus and van. Examples of field trip excursions include:

• Tours of the local University of Oregon Museum of Art
• Trips to the nearby Oregon coast
• Visits to the African Safari wildlife preserve in southern Oregon,
• Attending Air Shows at the Eugene Airport
• Fall foliage viewing up the local McKenzie river

Family and friends are also welcome to reserve our activity room for private events, such as birthdays or special occasions.

Dining

Delicious, nutritious meals are prepared by a professional wait staff with the preferences and diets of our residents in mind.  Meals are served restaurant-style by a professional wait staff. Every meal brings a choice of two entrees, plus delicious side dishes.

A sample Family Night menu would be:

• Roast Prime Rib with au jus or horseradish sauce
• Cottage Fried Potatoes
• Broccoli Cheddar Rolls
• Vegetable and Bay Shrimp Salad
• Raspberry Gelatin Cocktail
• Raspberry Cream Cheese Log
• Vanilla Ice Cream, Sherbet
• Frozen Vanilla Yogurt
• Diabetic Desserts

As always, special nutrition and dietary needs are accommodated.

In addition, snacks, coffee, juice and cocoa are available in between meals, or residents may fix snacks in their apartment kitchenettes. Friendly Fox Hollow staff can escort residents to the dining room or deliver a tray directly to their room if desired.
